The ledger that fills itself.
Every bank alert on your phone becomes a categorized transaction — parsed on your device, never uploaded. You stop typing. You start seeing where the money goes.
Three steps, then it runs itself
Grant notification access
Android reads bank alerts natively; iPhone forwards them with a one-time Shortcut. Either way, parsing happens on the phone.
Alerts become transactions
A downloadable rule set turns each alert into amount, merchant, category and card. Low-confidence parses wait in a review queue — nothing is logged behind your back.
Teach it anything new
Unknown format? Highlight the amount in one example and Pockets learns the pattern — on your device, instantly, for every future message.
Reports you’ll actually read
Live safe-to-spend per envelope, a category donut that answers “where did it go”, and a six-month trend — all from data you never had to type.
A pocket for every kind of money
Personal
Private budgeting for one. Envelopes, safe-to-spend, and a ledger that logs itself from your bank alerts.

Learn more →Your messages never leave the phone
Parsing happens on-device with a versioned, downloadable rule set. Only the structured transaction syncs — and only after you sign in and choose to sync. The capture log shows every message the app saw and what happened to it.
- Raw SMS & notification text stays local
- Sync is opt-in and idempotent
- Rules update over the air — no app update when a bank changes format
- Learned patterns are shared only if you choose — never your messages
A real desktop app in your browser
The same ledger, budgets and reports — with a sidebar, keyboard shortcuts and room to breathe. Press N for a new transaction.
Fair questions
Does Pockets read my SMS?
On Android, yes — with your explicit permission, and only on your device. Bank alerts are parsed locally into structured transactions. The raw text never leaves your phone; a visible capture log shows exactly what the app saw.
What if my bank isn’t recognized?
Teach it once. Paste one real message, mark the amount and merchant, and Pockets learns the pattern on your device — every future alert from that bank captures automatically. You can share the pattern (never your messages) to help other users.
Which currencies are supported?
UZS first, plus USD, EUR, RUB and CHF. Every transaction keeps its own currency and reports group by it — nothing is silently converted at a made-up rate.
Does it work on iPhone or the web?
Yes. iOS captures via a Shortcuts automation; the web app at app.pockets.uz gives you the full ledger, budgets and reports on a desktop-class layout. Auto-capture is Android’s superpower.
Is it free?
Yes while Pockets is in early access. Everything you track stays yours — export is on the roadmap before anything is ever paywalled.
